Companion Care

Personal Care

Skilled Nursing
Registered nursing services for medication management, IV infusions, wound care, disease management teaching and training.
Physical Therapy
Physical rehabilitation following surgery, illness or injury.
Respite Care
Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers. It can be arranged for just an afternoon or for several days or weeks.
Medical Social Worker
Provide consultative services to help patients understand their illness or condition and provide them with information about the resources available to them to cope with the emotional, financial, and social needs that arise during an illness.

Our home health aides are aware of the vulnerabilities of elderly home health care patients as it relates to deviations from their prescribed medication regime. These medication errors can be averted with proper care, monitoring, and guidance in strict adherence with the recommendations of the primary care provider.

In addition to at-home risk assessments to address environmental hazards, our home health care aides will help create individualized programs to help prevent falls.
